London Road User Charging Agreement

The London Road User Charging (LRUC) Agreement is the contract between Transport for London (TfL) and IBM UK Ltd to provide Congestion Charging and London Low Emission Zone services from November 2009 (i.e. upon the expiry of the Combined Services Agreement. The LRUC Agreement was let to IBM in December 2007.
