Make a representation online

You can now make a representation online. You'll need to give us your PCN reference number and provide details of why you think you shouldn't have been given a PCN.

You have 28 days from the date of service of the PCN, to either pay the penalty or challenge the PCN by making a representation. If you pay within 14 days of the date of service, you'll receive a 50% discount. The amount payable with be £60 rather than £120.

You can't make a late representation online - you must make your representation online within 28 days.

Supporting evidence

If you wish to supply supporting evidence online this must be in an accepted electronic format. These are: doc, xls, gif, jpg, jpeg, png or pdf, with a maximum file size of 1 Megabyte (1MG).
